Our program is designed to lower your level of care and increase your level of independence when you're ready. Your custom treatment plan will address your unique addiction history, physical and mental health, and personal goals for recovery. Your progress towards sustainable sobriety will determine how quickly you move through each phase. Clients spend as little as 30 days in our program or as long as six months. Wellington's programs and treatments are successful because our therapists are skilled at quickly developing a strong bond with our clients. The full continuum of care means that clients will continue the relationships they've had with staff from the moment they enter detox through sober living, and beyond.
- Trauma & Associative Awareness Therapy (AAT)
Trauma & Associative Awareness Therapy (AAT) Associative Awareness Therapy (AAT) uses the brain’s innate ability to adapt to change in a healing way, essentially “retraining” the brain to respond differently to familiar memories of trauma or pain. - Individualized Treatment
Individualized Treatment Some facilities have an addiction treatment protocol that all patients or clients are expected to follow, while others customize or individualize treatment based on a person’s unique needs and circumstances. Factors that may affect treatment decisions include age, lifestyle, medical conditions, type of drug, religious beliefs, etc.
