A Better Today Recovery Services (ABT) offers evidence-based treatment for those who are struggling with drug and/or alcohol addiction. Our therapists conduct individual assessments to develop the treatment plan that is specific and tailored to each individual’s needs while they are in treatment.
Each treatment plan integrates evidence-based treatment strategies and life coaching that will help them focus their path of recovery and sobriety. We understand that drugs and alcohol are not the problem, rather they were used as a coping mechanism for other problems like co-occurring disorders or trauma.
Services like music and art therapy, fitness and nutrition, cognitive behavioral therapy, group and individual counseling, and life skill coaching are some of the strategies we utilize to help develop coping skills. A Better Today cares about each person’s journey through recovery. A Better Today focuses on relapse prevention, developing a strong support system with family and friends and finding a sober living community in the Portland, OR to help introduce or reintroduce you to a lifestyle that is drug free.
